What services do you offer?
At Cozy Bear, we offer spa baths to full body haircuts to all dog breeds. We also offer minimal pet dyes for those who love to stand out. Every dog gets one-on-one attention, and we move at their pace to make the experience enjoyable for them. Please note, we don't offer cat grooming. How long will my dog be there?
Time fluctuates based on many factors such as hairstyle, temperament, size and coat condition. We will always keep you in the loop of any changes but we aim for about...
1-2+ hours for spa baths
1-3+ hours for bath and fluff outs
2-4+ hours for full make overs.
Do you work with dogs with medical conditions or special needs?
Of course! We do our best to work with ALL pets. To help us accommodate their needs properly, let us know ahead of time so we could book accordingly. In rare cases, we may refuse service if we feel it's not in the best interest of the dog's health or well-being.
How often can my dog be groomed?
Dogs can be groomed as frequently as weekly, but the ideal schedule depends on each dog's unique needs, such as their haircut style, coat type, and growth. The average frequency is between 4-6 weeks. For puppies, we recommend 2-4 weeks to help them become cozy with the process and to keep up with their coat changes.

We welcome and love all pets, including dogs who aren't comfortable around others.
If your dog prefers their own space, please let us know before the appointment so we can limit interactions with other pets.
Timely drop-offs and pick-ups are essential to help ensure a calm and safe environment for everyone.
Can I stay with my dog during their service?
For your pup's safety, we don't allow for anyone to stay during the groom. Seeing their owner can excite them, and it's important to minimize excitement or anxiety while we're handling sharp tools around them.
